Installing Microsoft Silverlight

No Silverlight installed (Firefox)

Step 1

When this window appears, click ‘Save File’.

Step 2

After the download has finished, double-click the file in the Downloads window, (you now may need to click ‘OK’ and/or ‘Run’ depending on your settings) and then follow the on-screen install instructions.

Step 3

Once Microsoft Silverlight has been installed, refresh this page by pressing Ctrl+F5, and then you’ll be able to start experiencing online collaboration right away.

No Silverlight installed (Internet Explorer)

Step 1

When this window appears, click ‘Run’.

Step 2

After the download has been complete, click ‘Run’ when this window appears, and then follow the on-screen install instructions.

Step 3

Once Microsoft Silverlight has been installed, refresh this page by pressing Ctrl+F5, and then you’ll be able to start experiencing online collaboration right away.

Need to uninstall Silverlight (Firefox)

(Below are steps for uninstalling Microsoft Silverlight on Windows, so if you are using another operating system such as Mac OS or Ubuntu, the process will be slightly different.)

Step 1

Enter your control panel and open ‘Add or Remove Programs’. Click on Microsoft Silverlight so that the options ‘Change’ and ‘Remove’ appear.

Step 2

Click ‘Remove’ and follow the on-screen uninstall instructions.

Step 3

Once you have finished uninstalling, click here to download the latest version of Microsoft Silverlight for free.

Step 4

When this window appears, click ‘Save File’.
